6th grade: ATOMIC BOMB! group brain teaser

Can these 6th graders work together to defuse the bomb before our entire school is ruined?!?!?

They do a great job listening to each others ideas and making decisions as to which is the best way to go about this group brainteaser.

6th grade: Hokusai Watercolor

6th graders learned about a Japanese artist named Hokusai who painted watercolor landscapes.  After learning a few watercolor techniques we attempted to create our own watercolor landscapes.

6th grade: Tessallation Art

Tessellations, also know as Mathematical art, was a unique challenge for 6th grade artists. No gaps, no overlaps, and must fit like a puzzle piece. It's harder than you think!!
These students show off their excellent work:)
