6th grade: Tesselations

Tesselations are a type of mathmatical art that follows three rules: No spaces, no overlapping, and must have repeating patterns.  It is a long process to create!  M.C. Escher, artist from Holland who invented the concept, sometimes took more that a month to create his tesselations.  Here is one student who finished in the short time we had.  Hopefully others will finish and I will post their work.
